About Us
Hope 2 Home Foundation (H2H), Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that was established to expand and focus on the needs of our community. H2H is founded by Dr. Eboni Rainey-Haynes and managed by selected board members. H2H focus is enhancing the lives of every young girl, child, and student in our community through giving back and providing opportunities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide guidance and mentorship to female & male high school students, university/college tours and visits, community involvement, and homeownership opportunities to junior and senior college students.
Our Vision
Our vision is to give every child an opportunity for a better future, to help build and guide college students to homeownership.
