The Importance of our Mentorship Program

Mentoring is important, not only because of the knowledge and skills the youth can learn from mentors but also because mentoring provides professional socialization and personal support to facilitate success in K-12 and beyond. Quality mentoring greatly enhances students' chances for success and self-identification.​

What our Mentorship Consist Of:

  • One on one and group mentoring

  • Hands-on self-awareness and critical thinking activities 

  • Boosting morale 

  • Applying real-life scenarios

  • Words of encouragement

  • Follow-ups and engagements

  • College visits and tours

  • Mental, emotional, and spiritual assessments
